Today is the new beginning of a new season which we call spring. A lovely time where plants and flowers begin to bloom again. I also just finished reading this amazing book called Climbing the Stairs it is a very heart touching book. As from here the days get warmer again.

School's starting soon I'm happy to see my friends again but I wish summer wouldn't end now. In the beginning of summer I wished school would start so I could see everybody again. But now I'm wishing that it wouldn't start strange how things can turn so fast. ;p Seems like time isn't even that long anymore when you were little everything would go by so slow and you would watch as everything around you went by so slow, like if it was not real. But once you get older one day is fades away in a blink. Sometimes you wish you had the remote to slow everything down so you have more time. That's one rule you should follow enjoy life and don't let things spoil it or else you will miss all those good times. Also the simplest things in life are somtimes the best. Look around you sometimes what you want if right under your nose but you miss it because you get caught up in things which aren't really as big as a deal what they are. Take life in with each joyful step.

The beach was really fun the ocean was so blue. The sunsets were extraordinary and collecting the beach glass was fun. Didn't like the bugs or mosquitoes they bit me to death. Had lots of ice cream too it was yummy.

Atlantic Playland

Yesturday I went to Atlantic Playland it was really fun and hot outside. My favorite thing was the bumper boats and spraying people with the squirter. I'm sick of the Tilt-A-Whirl I went on 5 times and 3 of them were in a row. It was a great time we got home around 6:30 pm because the park closed at 6 and we had to drop a friend off at home.

10 Day Camp in Guelph,Ontario

The 10 day camp mosaic celebrating 100 years of girl guides was awesome. But a very tiring camp, usually we woke up at 6:30 am and went to sleep past 10 pm. The CN tower was great I stood on the glass and looked down it was very cool. I also loved Niagara Falls it was so beautiful. The butterfly farm was magnificent a blue butterfly landed on me 2 times. I got the last black Hard Rock Cafe scarf I love it!

1 more hour of school on Tuesday and then it's summer. I'll miss all my friends but I can't wait for Jr. High. The graduation was awesome with the DJ, music, lights and fog. It was one of the greatest moments ever. I'll miss elementary school but Jr. High will be a pack of fun. The dances in Jr. High all have DJ's. The music was really loud so I'll probably be temporarily deaf :p.

Spring Fair

Tomorrow I'm going to 2 spring fairs one for school and one for girl guides. Today we baked cakes for the cake walks because we don't have any school. It seems like the time is slipping so much quicker now than it did before, as if the world slips beneath you and ou land somewhere else. This is the last year for the spring fair in elementry school so I'm going to soak it all up this year.

Overnight trip

It was really fun. When I was on the zipline I just climbed up and when she said I could go i jumped off the platform with my hands sprawled. The tree climbing was fun too the view from the last pstaple on the tree was nice about 9 metres high I was. Also the Wilderness Fun walk and acrhery was fun too. Our game of capture the flag took at least an 1h.

I'll miss elementry school. The grade 6 dance and ceremony is on June 24. We're singing Wavin Flag (Hope For Haiti) not the original. I'm going to wear a plaid dress, I love plaid. Time seems to go by to quickly now before when we're younger 1h would be feel like 2h. I'm excited for this too.

Trip

Our grade 6 overnight trip is in 3 days. Very excited for it and can't wait for the day to come. It's Big Cove YMCA Camp in Pictou, about 1.5 hours from Halifax. I'm all packed and ready to go. We'll be doing lots of fun activites hopefully it won't rain during the trip even though I love the rain.

Yesterday was wonderful outside. When I was outside I saw my first robin of the season and then the birds started coming back again. Today it's supposed to rain but that's okay ilove the rain. Finally on the Wii today I became pro in swordplay duel (Wii Resort).

It was super sunny today. I think that our winter days are going to be over now, no more snow last week was the last of it. The reason why archaeologists (weather people) probably like winter better is because there's more to talk about/happen.

We had some misting today. Tomorrow we have our field trip for school not the overnight one but the one to the movie theartre for viewfinders. I forget the movie we're watching but oh well, time will soon tell. I hope it snows again like yesturday I love the winter. Earth day is the 22nd of April I think that my school starting an eco-team was a good idea.
